Bharatiya Janata Party candidate Nandita Gorlosa files nomination in Haflong

HAFLONG: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) candidate for the 16 Haflong (ST) constituency, Nandita Gorlosa filed her nomination in presence of Chief Executive Member, N C Hills Autonomous Council, Debolal Gorlosa, Ratan Teron, Prabhari, BJP Dima Hasao, Executive Members, MACs and BJP workers.

After filing the nomination, Gorlosa marched through the streets of Haflong from the DC's office to the party office along with a large number of her followers. Gorlosa told media persons that issues pertaining to people's expectations would get priority. The party manifesto would be on the basis of people's aspirations and expectations.

CEM Debolal Gorlosa expressed confidence that the 16 Haflong (ST) seat would be won by the BJP as during the BJP rule in NCHAC, the district of Dima Hasao had gained tremendous momentum in development and peace also had been established.
