MORIGAON: The State Government will confer noted Tiwa litterateur Mileswar Pator with the Bhimbor Deori Award at a function to be organized centrally on the eve of the Shilpi Divas at the Dr Madhab Ch. Das memorial auditorium of Jorhat Agriculture University on January 17. State Cultural Affairs Minister Bimal Bora will present the award to Mileswar Pator in the programme.
