Bibhash Chandra Modi joins as new Deputy Commissioner of Golaghat

GOLAGHAT: Bibhash Chandra Modi joined as the new Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Golaghat on February 1. After joining, the new Deputy Commissioner of Golaghat appealed to people to cooperate in resolving the problems of the Golaghat district. The former Deputy Commissioner of Golaghat, Dhiren Hazarika has retired.
