Biennial conference held at Rupai Sakha Xahitya Xabha in Doomdooma

DOOMDOOMA: The biennial conference of Rupai Sakha Xahitya Xabha was held at its venue at Bir Raghav Moran road on Friday with president Thomas Gogoi in the chair. In the beginning, secretary Jagannath Sonowal explained the objectives of the meeting. Thereafter he presented the secretarial report of the past tenure which was accepted by the house. The meeting elected a 23-member new executive body with Benu Borah as president and Ratul Gogoi as secretary.
