BJP will form government in BTC, says Minister Pijush Hazarika

UDALGURI: "The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) will form the next government in BTC," said Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare, Pijush Hazarika in Udalguri. He was here to begin the BJP's Jana Sampark Abhiyan.

He also interacted with the local people about the pro-people schemes of the BJP government in Udalguri. Later, while addressing media persons, he declared that the next government in BTC would be formed by the BJP. "The party has its base in the region and the selected candidates have prospect to win. The people are with us and the party will get absolute majority to form the government," he said.

He said that the BJP governments at the Centre and in the State were doing their best to provide pro-people schemes and to deal with the COVID-19 pandemic. "We want support from people to enhance our welfare schemes in order to upgrade people's living standard," added Hazarika.

He was accompanied by Ajoy Kumar Hazarika, the general secretary of Udalguri district committee, BJP. Siddharth Bhattacharya also toured the Kalaigaon assembly area and interacted with local people. He was accompanied by Kartick Chandra Boro, the Udalguri district BJP president.
