Bongaigaon Police Nabbed Ganja Dealer, One Arrested

BONGAIGAON: Bongaigaon Police, with the help of Chirang police, on Wednesday seized a large quantity of ganja and nabbed a ganja dealer. Talking to press in this regard, Swapnaneel Deka, Bongaigaon Superintendent of Police, said, "Based on credible input, our team from North Salmara outpost, in coordination with Bijni police, conducted a raid in the house of one Uttam Das at Bongshipara under Bijni PS. We recovered 11.5 kg suspected ganja. Uttam Das was arrested and a case has been registered in this regard," said Deka.
