Book titled 'Samaj Nirman' released in Tinsukia

TINSUKIA: In a distinguished gathering of intellectuals and academicians, a book titled 'Samaj Nirman' written by Baikuntha Das, an assistant professor in the Department of Political Science, Tinsukia College and also a strong believer of Marxian socialism was ceremoniously released by Dr Madan Sarma former acting vice chancellor of Tezpur University at Tinsukia College on Saturday. The book, a compilation of 45 stories reflected changing dimensions in socio-political concept. In his review comment, Dr Sarma pointed out that the book needed further impetus so that the reader circle can visualize an intrinsic and elaborative thought of author's perspective. Dr Barun Dey assistant professor of Dibrugarh University also spoke on the occasion.
