Brisk preparations on for Bohagi Utsav at Tangla

TANGLA: To mark the end of the Bohaag Bihu celebration, brisk preparations are on to hold the 26th edition of Xadou Tangla Bohagi Utsav by Tangla Yuva Mancha here at Tangla H.S playground in a befitting manner with a three day long colourful programme from May 13 to May 15 informed Vice-President of Tangla Yuva Mancha, Dipu Hazarika. A 200-member strong organizing committee along with different sub-committees have been working on a war-footing way to organize the event in a smooth manner.

The programme will witness Semonia Bihu dance competition, Bihuwa and Bihuwati competition on the first day followed by State level Mukoli Bihu competition on the second day which will be inaugurated by BTC Executive Member, Diganta Baruah. The main attraction of the concluding day cultural night programme will be attended by acclaimed singer Deeplina Deka.
