BTC Election Observer Palve Bijoy Timbake joins Covid-19 awareness at Udalguri

UDALGURI: Palve Bijoy Timbake, the poll observer (expense) for BTC election, has joined in Covid-19 awareness campaign at Udalguri. He apprised the safety tips to the people gathered at DC office. In this campaign, assistant commissioner Dimple Baruah and other officials have also accompanied her. A handwash cabin was also opened at DC office as a precautionery measure.
A COVID-19 awareness camp was organised by Bhaben Deury, the inspector of schools, with the help of Udalguri district Academic Council at IS office premises. Dr. Robin Deka of Udalguri Civil hospital has demonstrated handwash with hand washing sanitizer and also apprised the vulnerability of COVID-19 and briefed the safety tips. Bhaben Deury, the inspector of schools, Udalguri has urged all the principals and school heads to conduct awareness among the school children and guardians. Ganesh Chandra Mochahari the Secretary of Udalguri district Academic Council appealed all the people to aware from the vulnerable disease. Through this awareness campaign, two pieces of soap, handwash sanitizer were also distributed. The awareness programme was also attended by principals and school heads. A leaflet for safety tips from COVID-19 in Assamese and Bodo was also distributed on that occasion.
