Cache of arms and ammo recovered by Kokrajhar Police

GOSSAIGAON: Acting on a tip off, a joint team of Kokrajhar Police led by Kachugaon OC Annanda Rabha & 8th ABPN launched a search operation on Sunday near the jungle track towards Phekua river and recovered a cache of arms concealed under the bush in the forest. The operational team recovered four No 36 HE grenede, four detonators, one 7.65mm pistol along with magzine, one AK-47 rifle, one assualt rifle (UZI), two magazines, 13 live rounds of AK ammunition and many other objectionable items. The recovered items were taken to Kachugaon PS and accordingly a case has been registered to nab the culprits.
