Cancel bail of Tuliram: Karbi bodies to Governor

GUWAHATI, Oct 5: A number of Karbi and other organizations today demanded of the State Governor for his intervention to cancel the brail granted to Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council (KAAC) CEM Tuliram Ronghang. Ronghang has a case registered against him in gaon Sadar police station for allegedly raping and sexually abusing a woman. However, he was granted bail by a Diphu court. The Karbi organizations, which demonstrated at Dighalipukhuripar in the city today and sent a memorandum to the Governor through the Kamrup(M) Deputy Commissioner, also demanded of the Governor to dismiss Tuliram as KAAC CEM.
