Celebration of Prakash Divas of Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib Ji ends in Dhubri

DHUBRI: The three-day celebration of Prakash Divas (birth anniversary) of Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Sahib Ji concluded on Sunday. The celebration held under the auspices of Sikh Pratinidhi Board Eastern Zone, which celebrated the Prakash Diwas in a befitting manner was joined by 48 Bn CRPF posted in Dhubri district.

The jawans of different castes, creeds and religion participated on this auspicious occasion and sent a message to the society for communal harmony. People belonging to the muslim community rendered selfless service in Gurudwara in the holy month of Ramzan.

Senior officers of 48 bn CRPF Assistant Commandant Anil Kumar and Vijay Hemrom were also present on this occasion. Previously 48 bn CRPF also hosted an Iftar Party at Jam-e Masjid and celebrated Hanuman Jayanti. Anil Kumar told the reporters that CRPF personnel belonging to all religions performed their duties in harmony.
