CEM Super-50 Mission rechristened as ‘Bodofa U N Brahma Super-50 Mission’

KOKRAJHAR : The CEM’s Super-50 Mission for the engineering aspirants from economically weaker section of BTC has been rechristened ad “Bodofa Upendra Nath Brahma Super- 50 Mission” as per the desire of CEM of BTC Pramod Boro. The Government of BTR in honour of Bodofa U N Brahma, has initiated a flagship programme for engineering, medical and civil service aspirants from the Bodoland region, as “Bodofa U.N Brahma Super 50 Mission’.
The Director of Education, BTC Jagadish Prasad Brahma said this project will have provision for free residential coaching and mentoring for 50 aspirants each in the areas of Engineering (B. E/B.Tech). Medical (M.B.B.S/B.D.S/B.A M.S/B.H.M.S) and Civil Service (UPSC and APSC). The talented students of economically weaker section of BTR to get enrolled for 11 months for Government sponsored Residential Coaching for IIT- JEE main and advanced 2024 (Engineering) and NEET- 2024 (Medical) examination of Bodofa UN Brahma Super 50 programmes at Kokrajhar and Guwahati centres respectively.
Brahma said the application should be submitted to the office of the Director of Education, BTC. Kokrajhar through online in the official website: www.super50.bodoland.gov.in.
Eligibility criteria is students of CBSE or State Board appearing or passed 12th board examination in 2023 with PCM for Engineering and PCB for Medical. Students must be permanent resident of BTR Assam .
Students must have minimum 60% or above in HSLC examination (for SC/ST) and 70% or above for (General and other category candidates).
Students must have minimum 65% (for SC/ST) and 75% ( For general, other categories) in 12th standard examination for Engineering and minimum 40% (For SC/ ST) and minimum 50% (For General, other categories)in 12th standard examination for Medical. Students must qualify the written and oral interview conducted by the Director of Education BTC.
