BONGAIGAON: Demanding Central Government's interference regarding attack of miscreants on Koch-Rajbanshi people in different areas of West Bengal, the All Assam Koch-Rajbanshi Yuba Chatra Sanmilani has submitted a memorandum to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday.

Troloikya Ray, president of All Assam Koch-Rajbanshi Yuba Chatra Sanmilani, said that this was a politically provoked attack. "The miscreants are attacking some special persons and their homes at Alipurduar, Coachbihar and Jalpaiguri districts of West Bengal. All the Koch-Rajbanshi people of these areas are in panic now. We demand that the Central Government should intervene in the matter and save life and property of people," he said. They submitted a memorandum to Prime Minister Narendra Modi in this regard through the Deputy Commissioner of Bongaigaon.
