MORIGAON: With an aim to empower women in rural sector, Rastriya Gramin Vikash Nidhi (RGVN), a Guwahati-based NGO supported by the CRISIL Foundation, a Mumbai-based NGO has been working since 2015 under 'Moi Pragati' scheme in 8 districts in Assam. RGVN on Thursday ceremonially distributed certificates to 17 talented Gramshakti Sakhi women. In the programme, the Executive Director of RGVN Amiya Kumar Sarmah, Anitta Dutta, Deputy Director, RGVN, Antariksh Das spoke at the programme.
