Child labourer rescued by Dibrugarh District Task Force

Dibrugarh: The Dibrugarh District Task Force (DDTF) rescued a 12-year-old girl from Milannagar’s J Lane.

The victim was working as a domestic help for Madhushree Dutta Chowdhary, a tenant in house number 32. As per sources, a joint operation by DDTF, Labour Department and Childline rescued the child who was working for the last two months. Meanwhile, the Labour Department has sent a show-cause notice to Chowdhary.
