Chirang DC P Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy lays stress on 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign

KOKRAJHAR: The Deputy Commissioner of Chirang P Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy on Tuesday laid stress on the 'Har Ghar Tirnaga' campaign in the district and asked the departments and people to join hands with a nationalistic spirit.

Reddy held a press meet in the DC's conference hall and briefed about the campaign on 'Har Ghar Tiranga' which is going on in every corner of the district. He called upon all to join the campaign and hoist National flag to mark the 75 years of Independence Day of the nation.

According to sources, a total of 55,865 flags have been sold by Municipal Board and DRDA in Chirang district so far while Food &Civil Supplies department has decided to sale 8,50,000 flags.
