CM Sarbananda Sonowal Inaugurates two Historical Pujas of Jhalukpara, Dibrugarh

Dibrugarh: Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal inaugurated the historical Shree Marwari Durga Puja and Shree Shree Sarbajanin Durga Puja of Jhalukpara on Thursday. He first inaugurated the Shree Marwari Durga Puja, which is celebrating its platinum jubilee this year. In his speech, Sarbananda Sonowal said that strength could be attained by following the path of Bhakti(devotion). He added that in order to bring any change into one’s life, hard work and tenacity were essential, and also said that one could always achieve success when done with a sense of devotion. Sonowal also mentioned that the puja committees were performing the task of promoting unity in the society for long. He later inaugurated the Puja at Jhalukpara. Among the dignitaries present included Minister of State Rameshwar Teli; MLAs Prashanta Phukan and Rituparna Baruah respectively and Chief Executive Member of the Sonowal Kachari Autonomous Council, Dipuranjan Makrari.
