Constitution Day celebrated at Dhubri Law College

DHUBRI: The Sanvidhan Diwas or Constitution Day was celebrated at Dhubri Law College with a day-long programme. Several speakers from media and other fields including Tarkeshwar Paul, Pranabaish Roy, Shahinur Islam , Gokul Sikdar, Ishwar Debnath spoke at length on the Constitution.

“It was our Constitution which embodied the essence of all caste, creed and religion and stood on the principles of strong democratic values and solution to all problems within the framework of society. It is not a mere book but the soul of India and an epic which every citizen should study and know,” speakers opined. The other dignitaries of Dhubri Law College, academic coordinator, Taufiqul Islam, coordinator of Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), assistant professors, Juri Kalita, Zahid Hussain, Rajarshee Chakraborty expressed their views on the Constitution and appealed to the students and the other guests to inculcated the ideals and principles of the Constitution.
