Coronavirus: State Agriculture Minister Atul Bora Calls for people’s Cooperation

JORHAT: State Agriculture Minister Atul Bora, who is in charge of Golaghat, Jorhat and Sivasagar districts for monitoring coronavirus preventive measures, while talking to mediapersons at the conference hall of Jorhat Circuit House on Thursday, called for everyone’s cooperation in the fight against the deadly disease.

The minister was accompanied by Deputy Commissioner Roshni Aparanji Korati, Superintendent of Police Mrinal Talukdar, and Additional DC (health) Bipul Das. Bora laid stress on awareness programmes in remote areas and tea gardens. He said that if people maintained social distancing and observed the 21-day lockdown, the situation would improve.
