KALAIGAON: The number of COVID-19 cases is increasing at an alarming proportion in rural areas under Kalaigaon revenue circle in Udalguri district. According to official report, a shopkeeper of Bhehguri tested positive for COVID-19 and he was rushed to a hospital in Guwahati. Three family members of that patient have also tested positive. They were also hospitalized in Guwahati. Consequently, the ration card holders who collected their ration from the shop were in a state of panic. So, a COVID-19 testing camp was organized in the premises of Uttar Bhehguri ME School on Friday as directed by Runav Ramchiary, Circle Officer of Kalaigaon Revenue Circle.
