COVID-19 vaccination drive kicked off in Sivasagar district

SIVASAGAR: Along with the entire State, the mega COVID vaccination drive kicked off in Sivasagar district on September 17.

Megha Nidhi Dahal, Deputy Commissioner of Sivasagar, visited COVID vaccination centres set up in different areas of the district. During the inspection period, the Deputy Commissioner supervized the vaccination work of the centres and also the overall management of the centres. Sivasagar Superintendent of Police Rakesh Roushan was also present during the inspection. The Sivasagar district administration has set a target to provide 40,500 vaccines for the mega COVID vaccination campaign at 160 vaccination centres in the district.
