A daughter of a daily wage earner, Chandana Patgiri of Nalbari has hardly disposed off a single pen in her lifetime.
She claims to collect these pens and decorate the interiors of her drawing room using a thread.
The young girl brought laurels in her area despite all odds in her life. She scored around 523 out of 600 in High School Leaving Certificate Examination (HSLC) 2019 with a pass percentage of 87.16%.
