On the other hand, of the total 19 government Higher Secondary schools, Outala HS School in the Arts stream has been continuing their journey of success with the 100 per cent passing rate for the fourth consecutive year. Rajghat HS School and Sipajhar HS and MP School this year have reflected the total rate of success with 100 per cent. The non provincialized Dahi Junior College has shown the pass percentage of 99% this year. The most significant point to note here is that these 19 government Higher Secondary schools of the district are functioning without 55 subject teachers. It reflects the lackadaisical and indifferent attitude of the State government towards these government academic institutions.
