Darrang Police arrested Drug peddler Hafizuddin, son of Sohrab Ali

MANGALDAI: Darrang Police in their continuing crackdown on drugs traffickers, arrested a notorious drugs peddler named Hafizuddin, son of Sohrab Ali of village Simaluguri under Dalgaon Police Station, on Tuesday evening. The police recovered 85 grams of drugs concealed in 30 containers. Significantly, he was arrested from the Panbari area under Dhula Police Station while he was supplying it to local drug peddlers. Newely-joined Superintendent of Police Prakash Sonowal has intensified the operation against anti-social elements in different locations of the district.
