Dead Body found at Laukiguri Forest Village in Gossaigaon

Gossaigaon: Sensation prevailed in the area when a dead body was recovered at Laukiguri forest village under Kachugaon Police Station of Gossaigaon sub-division. On hearing about the incident Kachugaon OC, Gossaigaon SDPO rushed to the spot and started an inquiry. Later after verification, police sources stated that the body found is unidentified and is of around 50 years. “It is a case of man-elephant conflict,” police said. The body was sent to Kokrajhar for its post-mortem.
