Dead body recovered by SDRF team in Demow Gelgeli Gaon

DEMOW: A dead body was recovered in Demow Gelgeli Gaon on Sunday. According to Sources, Bimal Chetia (35), son of Hiteswar Chetia and Baid Chetia and a resident of Demow Gelgeli Gaon went out in a boat to bring a cow on Sunday morning and then he fell down from the boat in the water. The locals saw Bimal Chetia drowning in the river and they tried to recover him but failed. A team of local police and SDRF reached the incident area and recovered the body of Bimal Chetia. Later the deceased's body was sent for post mortem.
