Demise of Sister Anjela Moshahary, Fr. Kaippallimyalil Joseph condoled

KOKRAJHAR: The Catholic followers of Kokrajhar on Monday expressed deep sorrow at the demise of Sister Anjela Moshahary who had been in the service of welfare of human kind for several years. The Catholic followers also expressed shock over the demise of Fr. Kaippallimyalil Joseph (Jose Chaco-56), SDB on Monday morning.

According to sources, Sister Anjela Moshahary was admitted in a hospital in Guwahati for throat cancer a few weeks ago and she passed away on Monday morning. The body of Sister Anjela Moshahary was buried in the general burial ground, Uzanbazar, Guwahati in presence of many nuns and church leaders. She hailed from No. 2 Boldi village, Gobdapara under Ballamguri Parish in Chirang district. She was born in 1972.

On the other hand, Fr. Kaippallimyalil Joseph, SDB of Dibrugargh passed away at 9.30 am on Monday in Dibrugarh due to a massive heart attack. He was at Injan Hospital (Diocesan Hospital) in Arunachal Pradesh. Since his condition deteriorated, he was shifted to Dibrugarh for better medical care but he passed away.

The Kokrajhar Parish, Bodo Catholic Welfare Association expressed shock over the demise of Sister Anjela Moshahary and Fr. Kaippallimyalil Joseph and prayed for their eternal peace.
