Demow Commerce College to begin Silver jubilee celebration

DEMOW: Demow Commerce College will celebrate its silver jubilee this year. A public meeting was held recently where Ajay Kumar Gogoi, Professor of Moran Women College, presided over the meeting. In the public meeting, Ajay Kumar Gogoi was selected as president, Birinchi Gogoi was selected as working president, Haranath Bharali, Principal of Demow Commerce College, was selected as chief secretary, Humen Gogoi, Manju Ali and Aarita Beria were selected as secretaries of the organizing committee for the silver jubilee programme. Some sub-committees were also formed.

As part of the silver jubilee celebration programme, an essay competition will be organized on all Assam basis and the first, second and third winners will be awarded with cash along with books.
