Dhansiri ready for smooth conduct of vote counting for Assam Assembly election

SARUPATHAR: The Dhansiri subdivision administration is all set to conduct smooth vote counting for the Assam Assembly election on May 2 while adhering to COVID-19 protocol.

The counting of votes in 94- Sarupathar Constituency of Dhansiri election district will be held in the counting room of Sarupathar College on 14 EVM counting tables and three postal ballot tables in 25 rounds of counting.

In this regard, 28 EVM and three postal counting supervisors, 28 EVM and three postal counting Assistants and 28 EVM and three postal Micro Observers and some reserved officers have been appointed for smooth conduct of vote counting process on May 2, 2021, in 94-Sarupathar Constituency under Golaghat district.
