Dhekiajuli Block Congress (I) members paid homage to Pranab Mukherjee

DHEKIAJULI: Dhekiajuli Block Congress (I) members paid homage to former President, Pranab Mukherjee at Rajiv Bhavan in Dhekiajuli. On Tuesday morning, all the block Congress (I) members gathered at Rajiv Bhavan, Dhekiajuli. APCC general secretary Apurba Kumar Bhattacharjee, Dhekiajuli Block Congress (I) president Prafulla Rabha, senior Congress leader Utpal Nandi, and former Deputy Speaker of the Assam Legislative Assembly, Bhama Nanda Tanti were also present. The leaders offered floral tribute at the portrait of Pranab Mukherjee and lit earthen lamps. Apurba Bhattacharjee said that they had lost a great leader of their party and the vacuum created by the demise of Pranab Mukherjee would take a long time to be filled.
