Dibrugarh District Magistrate Pallav Gopal Jha Issued Prohibitory Order

STAFF CORRESPONDENT

DIBRUGARH: District Magistrate Pallav Gopal Jha, in accordance with the order issued on April 12 this year, has promulgated a fresh order under section 144 of Cr.P.C on 190 bigha 16 katha 6 lessa land spread on Kanjikhowa Golf Field under Bogdong Mouza in Chabua Revenue Circle, prohibiting construction of any kind, ploughing in any form, or undertaking any activities which destroy the present status of the land. This order comes into effect with the issuing date of the order and will remain in force for six months till a new order issued on it.
