Dibrugarh police arrested three drug peddlers with 1.03 kg cocaine

Dibrugarh:  The Dibrugarh police team headed by Partha Pratim Das and Sub-Inspector Gaurav Chutia, based on specific and reliable input, laid a trap at Milan Nagar on Sunday and arrested three suspected drug paddlers and successfully recovered  1.03 kg cocaine as per procedure laid down in NDPS Act. The value of the seized drugs is about Rs 1 crore. The arrested drug peddlers, later identified as Girish Sonowal of Bhamukutta, Duliajan; Prateek Bor of Puroni Bolai, Barbaruah, and  Monoj Kumar Sonowal of Notun Bolai, Barbaruah. The police registered a case under the NDPS Act.
