Dibrugarh Tai Education and Cultural to Hold a General Meeting

Dibrugarh: Dibrugarh Tai Education and Cultural Centre – the organization at the forefront of fostering Tai language and culture in the Upper Assam region – will be holding a general meeting on August 25. Situated at Bairagimath area of the town, the meeting is slated to be held within the premises of the organization itself.

In the meeting, the existing executive committee, which has expired, will be replaced by a new and stronger committee. Other than that, various other important dimensions will also be discussed. In a press communique, president of Dibrugarh Tai Education and Cultural Centre, Lohit Chandra Konwar, and general secretary, Punaram Gogoi, has requested all the members associated with the centre to attend the meeting.
