District-level meet on PMFBY-RABI held in Dhubri
A district level meeting on PMFBY-RABI was organized by Dhubri District Agriculture Office at Asharikandi Gram Panchayat recently in Gauripur Agriculture Office.

DHUBRI: A district level meeting on PMFBY-RABI was organized by Dhubri District Agriculture Office at Asharikandi Gram Panchayat recently in Gauripur Agriculture Office. In the meeting, District Agricultural Officer, Mrigen Swargiary, Sub-Divisional Agriculture Officer (Headquarter), Nirmal Ch. Ghose, District Field Supervisor along with a team of Agriculture Insurance Company attended the programme. Officials informed in detail about the Prime Minister Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) and said that a counter was already opened for farmers for insurance at Gram Panchayat Office, Customer Service Centre where they can submit documents to the field workers of Agriculture Insurance Company and Agriculture Extension Assistant. Farmers have to bring documents like land documents, Aadhaar card, bank passbook.
