Doomdooma College under Dibrugarh University to start PG classes in Education department

DOOMDOOMA: Doomdooma College, one of the pioneer colleges under Dibrugarh University (DU), is going to start for the first time the Post Graduate (PG) classes in Education department from the current academic session. The necessary permission for this was granted by the DU authority, Principal Dr PJ Barthakur informed.

The interested students will have to appear in the eligibility test (DUPGET) to be conducted by DU. Those students who qualify for the test will be able to pursue their studies in this curriculum.

The news to start the PG classes in Education in this pioneer college under DU, which is on the advent of celebrating its diamond jubilee within a few years from now, raised great enthusiasm amongst the students as well as in the academic circle. On the other hand, it is already in the process to start PG classes in Assamese as well, Principal Dr Barthakur further informed.
