Dr. Diganta Gogoi from Demow conferred with prestigious NE Shiksha Ratna Award by AIJU

DEMOW: Dr. Diganta Gogoi, Head of the Assamese Department in Nitaipukhuri HCDG College near Demow and a resident of Demow Konwar Dehingia Gaon, received the North East Shiksha Ratna Award conferred by the All India Journalists’ Union on December 22 at a function held in Tezpur.

Dr. Diganta Gogoi is a writer, litterateur, and environmentalist. On December 24, a team of All Assam Students’ Union (AASU), Demow Regional Committee leaders reached his residence and felicitated him with a certificate.
