Dr Robin Banerjee Natural History Museum inaugurated

Golaghat: Padma Shri Dr Robin Banerjee Natural History Museum, Auditorium and Library in Golaghat was inaugurated on Saturday. Earlier, the place was Dr Robin Banerjee’s bungalow. It was renovated and given a new look by the NRL, Ministry of Cultural Affairs and the well-wishers of Dr Banerjee. Dr Robin Banerjee’s bungalow and the project is run by Dr Robin Banerjee Trust and the inaugural ceremony was organized by the Trust. In the ceremony, Dr Ravi Kota, Padma Shri Jadav Payeng, Deputy Commissioner of Golaghat, Dhiren Hazarika, senior official of the NRL, Debashish Choudhury, Vivekananda Kendra official Hanumant ji, Dr Robin Banerjee Trust president NC Karnani along with several other dignitaries were present.
