Drug peddler arrested by Sivasagar Police

SIVASAGAR: Continuing its efforts to eradicate the menace of drugs from society, Sivasagar Police have arrested one drug peddler in Sivasagar and recovered contraband substances from his possession on Friday. The arrested drug peddler, according to police sources, has been identified as Rajani Das of West Jamuna Road under Sivasagar PS. Police have recovered .36 grms suspected brown sugar from his possession and accordingly legal action is being initiated, said police.
