Drug peddler nabbed by Bijni Police in Bongaigaon

BONGAIGAON: A drug peddler was nabbed by Bijni Police on Wednesday. The nabbed peddler has been identified as Shahid Ali (32), resident of Purani Bijni under Bijni PS of Chirang district. Talking to media persons, Rupak Bora, OC, Bijni PS, said that following information, police launched a search operation at Ratiram Road near Sitala Temple and nabbed the peddler. "Two small containers of drugs were recovered from him. One container had drugs in diluted condition and from the other container we recovered 100 ml drug. Investigation is going on," he said.
