Chief Executive Member (CEM) of the North Cachar Hills Autonomous Council (NCHAC), Debolal Gorlosa, graced the event as the chief guest, along with several other dignitaries.

The programme was a collaborative effort by the Education Department and Forest Department under the guidance of the Council, based on this year’s theme, “Ending Plastic Pollution Globally.”
