Eminent scientist Dr Sanat Kumar Saha interacts with students

DHUBRI: Delhi Public School Dhaligaon, Bongaigaon organized an interactive session on Monday for the students on ‘A Dialogue on Connecting the Dots - Man, Leadership, Innovation, Skill Development, Energy and Environment’ by Dr Sanat Kumar Saha who was born and raised in Dhubri and currently works as honorary member (eminent scientist) of the West Bengal State Council of Higher Education in Kolkata.

AK Mishra, Principal of the school, welcomed Dr Saha and appreciated his passion to encourage and motivate the students to contribute to the society in nation building and also towards humanity. The motivational event was attended by headmasters, heads of the departments, teachers and a large number of enthusiastic students of the school.

Earlier on December 8, Dr Saha provided financial support to eight meritorious students of various schools of Dhubri in the form of merit scholarships in the memory of his father Tara Pada Saha who was a great philanthropist, and his mother Satadal Saha, during a function organized by Kolkata-Dhubri Sammilani, Dhubri branch at Harisabha, Dhubri.
