Employees of Nalbari DTO office staged dharna

NALBARI: In response to the call of All Assam DTO office employees' association, the employees of Nalbari DTO office staged a dharna on Monday in protest against the alleged inhumane behaviour of a superior officer to an employee.

The employees informed that Pradip Senapati, an employee of the commissioner office of DTO was allegedly inhumanely treated by the Additional Commissioner. He was also physically tortured. The employees' association demanded a quick and strict action against this exploitation. They said unless the government takes necessary steps against the additional deputy director such protests will be held continuously.
