Field day on rice varietal cafeteria organized under ATMA programme in Dhubri

DHUBRI: A field day on rice varietal cafeteria under Agriculture Technology Management Agency (ATMA) programme was organised by CSS (Centrally Sponsored Scheme)ATMA, Department of Agriculture, Dhubri at Jhaskal Pt.2 by Agomani Circle Agriculture Development Office of Dhubri recently. In the rice varietal cafeteria programme, Deputy Commissioner Dibakar Nath, District Agriculture Officer, Mrigen Swargiary, Sub-divisional Agriculture Officer (Head Quarter), Nirmal Chandra Ghose, Deputy Project Director of ATMA, Mofiul Islam, social worker Dhaneswar Ray and Kamleswar Ray, and general member of Kamtapur Autonomous Council (KAC) Biswajit Ray were present and took part in the meeting.

The programme began with lighting of lamp, felicitation of the guests. The welcome speech was delivered by DAO followed by SDAO, general member of KAC. The Deputy Commissioner also interacted with all the farmers and discussed all the problems related to agriculture.
