Final photo electoral roll for Dhakuakhana LAC published

LAKHIMPUR: Along with the rest of the Legislative Assembly Constituencies (LACs) of the State, the final Photo Electoral Roll, 2021 for Dhakuakhana LAC of Lakhimpur district was published on Monday. It was informed by Kulbhushan Pegu, the Election Officer of Dhakuakhana subdivision through a press release.

According to the press release, the number of total voters in Dhakuakhana LAC is 2,09,070. Out of them, 1,05,430 are male voters while 1,03,640 are female voters. A total of 6,121 voters were enrolled in the draft voters' list published on November 18 in 2020. According to the newly-published Photo Electoral Roll, which was prepared with January 1, 2021 as qualifying date, the number of fresh voters in the age group from 18 to 19 years is 5,089 while number of voters over 80 years is 2,447. The gender ratio working out in the constituency is 983.
