FIR lodged against Bir Lachit Sena leader Shringkhal Chaliha in Demow PS

DEMOW: Sanjeeb Boruah, a resident of Demow Janata Path as well as leader of BJP Yuba Morcha, lodged an FIR against Bir Lachit Sena leader Shringkhal Chaliha in Demow Police Station on December 13.
In the FIR, Sanjeeb Boruah stated that Shringkhal Chaliha was maligning the image of MLA of Thowra constituency, Kushal Dowari. Without any basis of truth, he had used unparliamentarily and unconstitutional words against the MLA on various occasions. By such activities he was creating nuisance and disturbing public peace and tranquility, the FIR stated.
Sanjeeb Boruah has requested the Demow Police to take necessary action against Shringkhal Chaliha. Boruah has also requested the Deputy Commissioner of Sivasagar district, Superintendent of Police of Sivasagar and the officer-in-charge of SivasagarSadar Police Station to take necessary action.
