JAGUN: Drugs smuggling is going on in various areas of Jagun in the Assam-Arunachal border. Jagun Police have been carrying out drive against drugs and alcoholic substance across the region.

Jagun Police, headed by Inspector in-charge Biju Das, arrested five drug peddlers from Lakla village in Jagun on Sunday evening. The five have been identified as DuluBaruah, TushiJanku, LangkamSangwal, KemLangching and Pratik Haloi. The accused have been sent to jail and case has been registered against them.
