Flood situation improves in Nagaon district

NAGAON: The flood situation in Nagaon district has been slightly improved although over 250 revenue villages under Kampur, Nagaon and Raha revenue circles are still reeling under flood water.

During the last 24 hours, floods claimed the lives of two persons, identified as Bejia Das and Rehal Ali, at Kampur Ghilaniaati village and Kampur Tokoudubi area respectively, sources said.
