Forest Minister Parimal Shuklabaidya lays three foundation stones at Dholai

SILCHAR: Minister Parimal Shuklabaidya laid the foundation stone of 3 projects at a cost of rupees 42 lakh in the Barajalenga development block of Dhalai constituency.

Under the 14th Finance Commission, the Minister laid the foundation stone at Airangmara GP under the Barajalenga Development Block of Dholai Assembly constituency for the construction of Airangmara market guard wall at a cost of rupees 10 lakh. Under UNTAID fund he laid the foundation stone of culture hall at Rabindra Pathagar at a cost of rupees 25lacs and under Asom Darshan Scheme 2020-2021 at Dhuarband GP the foundation stone of the Shiva temple at the cost of rupees 10lacs was also laid by Parimal Shuklabaidya, Minister for Fisheries, Forest and Environment.

After foundation stone laying ceremony at Rabindra Pathagar while delivering his speech Minister Parimal Shuklabaidya lauded the various developmental works of the BJP government in the past and said that the tide of development is flowing in the Dhalai constituency today in the developmental work being done in the Dhalai constituency. He praised the Central and State governments and said that under the true leadership of Narendra Modi and Sarbananda Sonowal the communications system of the community has undergone a radical change which has not happened in the last Congress-era government. He also requested the department officials to ensure that the quality of work is of good quality. In that case he allowed local GP representatives to oversee the work.

Moreover, he said that after many years of efforts, many important places in the region today are the Rabindra Pathghar which is going to be decorated in a beautiful way today. He also requested the department officials that the quality of work is to be improved. Besides, the regional panchayat president of Barajalenga block also spoke on the occasion. Subudh Das, he said the BJP-led government does not talk but believes in work, stated a press release.
