TEZPUR: Deepak Vohra, former Envoy of India in six countries, visited Tezpur to deliver a talk on 'Our World in 2025 - with Indian perspective' and interacted with the leading businessman, social workers and students of Tezpur in auditorium of North Assam Chamber of Commerce Tezpur. He also Special Advisor to many Prime Ministers of Africa and to Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Councils Leh and Kargil. Dr Deepak Pandey, Commandant, Sector Head Quarter, ITBP Tezpur, Deepak Tebrewal, leading businessman, Rajesh Jalan, a bussinessman and acting president of Agrawal Sabha Tezpur, also graced the event with their presence.

While in historic Tezpur, he interacted with selected intelligencia, businessmen, youths and students on a PowerPoint based presentation on Global Megaconvergence Our world @ 2025. Vohra said that today, the post-COVID world had three challenges – healthcare, climate change and economic recovery.

"India is a global leader in all. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has been voted as the most popular world leader because we stood with the world in global COVID crisis. We shared what ever we had. We vaccinated the largest number of people in the world. We shared our Cowin application with more than 60 countries in the world free of cost," he said.

Deepak Vohra concluded his speech with this lines, " Future of India is future of the world. The whole world trusts India because we are intrinsically good people. We are hope for the future of a safe and secure world."
